The Annecy Behavioral Science Lab is a international multi-lab collaborative effort that aims to research the importance of human social connectedness. Their current projects include developing a Global Index of Social Connection and evaluating levels of loneliness in the European Union.

In this research lab, Marc is part of the West-Coast US based team under the supervision of Christine Ma-Kellams, Ph.D.  He has been tasked with supervising a 5 member team through the transcription process of 7 interviews. He has instructed his team on how to use the transcription service, Otter.ai, and ensured that their work was being completed within the timeline provided by their international collaborators. Most recently, Marc and the rest of the West-Coast team will be going through the process of analyzing the finished interview transcriptions.
